Negative: I booked 2 x twin rooms for 2 couples. At check out time, I was charged extra because the cashier explained that the rate that was included in the Booking.com booking was only for 1 person per room per night stay. As we were a total of 4 pax ( 2 x 2 couples) , there was extra charges for the additional 2 pax. This was never indicated when I made the booking. To save further argument and embarrassment, I decided to pay up and leave. In the end, the costs were more than 60% more than the original price when I made the booking.

Positive: Everything. Room, view, bathroom, service, everything was incredibly amazing. We have a very pleasant stay and pleasant onsen as well. Just to remind that English is very limited, but it is not a problem for us at all.

Positive: We loved our stay here and can't wait to get back EVERYTHING was perfect Really romantic hotel, with nice views My wife enjoyed the thermal pool
Negative: We were there for cherry blossom season and were driving from Aomori to Nagano, so it was a nice 1/2way point. The restaurant was closed till high season and there is no other place open at all. Just really quiet there However there was a Lawson store about 2klms away We were able to purchase a couple of dishes there, which they were able to heat in a micro as well as buy some nice red wine So all was good However, there is no table in the room to dine I think it would be good for them to place a rable and chairs in the room for the off season The room is certainly big enough
