Totally renovated ranch home with brand new kitchen, kitchen appliances and tiled walk in shower. Quiet country setting with beautiful views of woods and a pond. 11 acres and a primative cabin and woods to explore. Close to both Falconer, NY and Jamestown NY.

Recently added a baby crib. Children are welcome.

Summary: The house is very nice place the owners are very nice beautiful peaceful neighborhood this was my third year staying there for a week definitely my go to house to stay for a week every year I live in SA Texas and I have family that lives in the area i only plan my vacation there when house is available very beautiful all around

Summary: The pictures just dont do it justice. This is a well kept, beautiful home. I love some of the views, especially early in the morning when the sun is up. I loved all the amenities and the garage was really nice to have for storing the car. I will definitely be back again!

Summary: The home was wonderful they made our stay great. I loved how they had all the light switches labeled so you didn't have to try all of them to figure out what was what. The area was very quiet and our stay was very relaxing. We will definitely stay there again
