Totally renovated ranch home with brand new kitchen, kitchen appliances and tiled walk in shower. Quiet country setting with beautiful views of woods and a pond. 11 acres and a primative cabin and woods to explore. Close to both Falconer, NY and Jamestown NY.

Summary: This property, no wait, these host's are about the nicest people you could ever meet. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet. Summary: The house is very nice place the owners are very nice beautiful peaceful neighborhood this was my third year staying there for a week definitely my go to house to stay for a week every year I live in SA Texas and I have family that lives in the area i only plan my vacation there when house is available very beautiful all around
