Summary: Hotel is convenient to the two high-profile museums. Rooms were clean. Safety was excellent with digital keys to access elevator and doors to property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner in Pub was veru good. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing and waitress was socializing instead of picking up bill. Check in after adding an extra day was confused and key card was not activated correctly, requiring a long walk when we couldn't use 2nd floor entrance. Staff was always friendly, especially Amber at desk.
