Summary: Aloha! So happy that we found this gem available - it’s very private and tucked away. It has a lovely outdoor seating area- nice sofa and TV area- nice spacious bedroom with closet, dresser and luggage racks- cozy kitchen nook with small fridge and microwave, coffee maker, dishes etc… bathroom and shower also very nice. All freshly decorated- it’s very clean and for me- very important- no overwhelming fragrance/Febreze scents! We will definitely stay here again when on this part of the BI. Tara is lovely and kind, we very much enjoyed our introduction and chat. You cannot go wrong staying here- it’s everything I look for when booking a vacation stay. Mahalo!

Summary: Had an amazing stay here! We felt like we were staying in a 5 start hotel with all the recent updates they did. Bed was comfy, kitchenette had everything we needed and they even left us ear plugs for the frogs at night HAHA I'm already planning to come back with my Mother later this spring! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay Tara!

Summary: Taras place was exactly as described, she is also very friendly and gave us helpful advices and suggestions. It was a beautiful location near many natural places to visit, including the beautiful lava cliffs, and an amazing hike along the Puna trail to turtle paradise. The room was clean, comfortable cozy, and well set up with so many thoughtful details. We enjoyed the morning quality coffee on the deck listening to the many birds and hanging out with the geckos! My girlfriend generally has a hard time sleeping but slept very well in the comfortable bed in the place. Next time we visit Hilo, we would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay south of Hilo in a peaceful area.
