Positive: Value for money, price is really reasonable . excellent location spacious We managed to have Late check in . We had good new AC in our room. All The bed mattresses were really good and managed to have comfortable sleep . The fridge was good and new as well. Enough chairs and tables makes your life easier when you are eating or working or just chilling with a drink. You can park your car in the facility . The manager English was really good which was important for me as a foreigner . I read reviews where guests complained about their units but my unit looked new and freshly painted .

Negative: I loved my stay and I would love to go again , I did not expect more for the price I have paid but it will be good to pay attention to the following : There was no railings on the staircase . There was metal wire coming out the AC hose hanging lose on the staircase that my trip somebody. The lighting on the stairs was not bright enough . There was no separation between the balconies of different unit. The internet did not work properly but maybe it's problem from the provider . There was no shutter or blackout curtains , it get really bright in the early hours of the morning and it makes cooling the place harder and eventually consume more electricity . There was no sign with name of the residence on the building . The tea kettle and coffee machine was covered in dust. One sheet had stain on it. The trash cans was small , we had to collect our trash in plastic bags. The patio needs much more attention .

Positive: Cheap option for a group of 4 people (at least in November). For 1 night it's ok, especially in the low season, when there are no other guests around. Two-story house with 4 apartments, low-cost among other offers on the territory of the whole Kalogria Beach complex.There is an oven, dishes, linen and toiletries.Complex is placed in In the middle of the reserve there is a large beach, quite beautiful.

Negative: It was quite chilly at that time, we found only 2 warm blankets for 3 beds..

Negative: the place is hard to find as there is no sign or label. actually entrance door is on the bus stop. it was nearly with the size of the car. there was almost no light outdoor. host didn't show up but luckily was on the phone.

Positive: It's near the beach. The beach itself is amazing! The apartment is alright for its money but don't expect too much. The owner is nice.

Negative: Enormous amount of mosquitos! We tried all inc service in the hotel - don't do it if you value good food 😀 Apartment is perfect for a couple, but I wouldn't go again with a small kid.

Positive: Very good and quiet location, close to the beach and to 2 great taverns. The room is spacious and well air conditioned. There is separate WC and shower room, each with a wash basin - very comfortable for 4 persons.

Negative: They could change sheets and towels more often.

Positive: Nice apartments close to the beach of Kalogrià! Perfect for a short visit in the area and at a good price! In good condition with a nice kitchen where you can cook simple meals if you wish! It was very nice to have the apartment available early in the morning as we arrived long before the actual check in time!!!

Negative: The heat of the sun in the summer makes the bedroom an oven but it was good another two single beds were available in the kitchen area where the air-conditioning could provide a better temperature! The balcony and all external areas are in poor condition in contrast to the very nice interior! There's no direct contact with the staff and they would only reply to messages on the booking.com site!
