Positive: Beautiful view to rice fields and perfect termal water plunge. Very hot water🥰 quiet place and breakfast is very good(eggs, sausages, bread, fresh vegetables). But bungalow itself very old (but clean and cozy)

Negative: Old bungalow, in some place need renovation for better experience

Positive: great concept with the hot springs pumped directly into your little tub! the view was gorgeous and location is out of main pai but still with restaurants in easy walking distance. a lovely place to relax and go a bit slower. the ac worked well! the staff were lovely but looked very overworked.

Negative: our room was a little dated and had a strong smell that wouldn’t go away. breakfast was average but nice to have it included. no option for any room cleaning during your stay, which would have been nice for the price/extended stays.

Summary: unreal to have hot springs at your doorstep but overall accom is a bit dated

Positive: It was a bit out of the center of town, which we loved. The accommodation was lovely, so much green and cute little bungalows. They had puppies, the rooms were nice and clean.

Negative: Bathroom was a bit impractical

Positive: Kalm is situated in farmland a short drive outside of Pai. We booked the room with the natural onsen and it was amazing to sit in the heated bath looking over the fields as a thunderstorm rolled in.

Negative: You're in a rural area, so expect bugs and bring appropriate repellent. But as long as you know what you're in for it's a great, relaxing place to stay.

Positive: The spa bath outside was very nice, watching the rice paddies. It was nice after the long drive from Chiang Mai to hang out in the hot spring water bath and chill out Location is quiet and beautiful.

Positive: I loved being seperate from everything. it is great to relax and unwind. the scooter ride into town is beautiful. breakfast was simple and delicious every morning. Bungalow was clean and had fly screens so windows could be open. friendly cat and dog
