Positive: Good facilities for entertainment (TV, Snooker table and Nintendo Switch). Host was very kind and considerate and ensured we were all comfortable during our stay.

Positive: Very spacious, good facilities which were cleaned daily, really helpful host who helped us book transportation and gave us lots of useful information. Love the views of the sunset and the pool table is a great addition, comfortable beds and amazing kitchen facilities.

Positive: This was the best place we stayed at our entire trip, and in my opinion, the best property in Pai. The house is much larger than it appears in the photos and offers great space and privacy for everyone staying there (with two floors and two bathrooms). The living room is spacious, and the pool table in the center really elevates the whole experience. The balconies stretch across the full width of the house on both floors, creating a really enjoyable indoor-outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, we had some great dinners there. The house is very clean and feels newly renovated, making it a pleasure to spend time in. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we barely left for a week and a half. Pam, the host, is amazing!!!! she took care of everything we needed.❤️❤️ Every friend who came to visit us and saw the house said it’s without a doubt the best place in Pai. We will come again ❤️❤️❤️

Positive: The location is very nice and convenient, close to the Wednesday market and many restaurants and cafés. The space is open, airy, and comfortable, and suitable for a variety of activities. Downstairs, the owner also organizes workshops for guests. The staff are kind and friendly, and very helpful when you need information about the area

Positive: the most underrated apartment in the whole of pai, didn’t miss a single thing, had more than enough space and luxury, a gym space, a pool table, 3 big couches, a working room, 3 big bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a big kitchen that has more than enough amenities to cook anything, a cleaning service every day, the hostess is the most amazing and kindest person we could have asked for, helped us with everything. Honestly underrated and underpriced! the place also has plenty of sitting areas with 2 full balconies on each floor that cover the entire apartment with view into the sunset. they also have a big smart tv and a Nintendo switch with like 7 games on it

Positive: Wow what a nice place to stay in Pai. Starting from the sweet owner Pam who check us in herself . She Was very informative about things we could do during the day around Pai and restaurants to eat in the neighbourhood. We Thank you that :) The apartment is gorgeous , two story town house with very large kitchen , dinning area , home office and the top floor has a large entertainment room with large tv and pool table . What we loved the most was the large garden Terrance’s looking at mountain views everywhere. Apartment is very nicely decorated with mostly everything is brand new . Super well priced for this deluxe of an apartment stay . Just book Pai local Apartment you will be so happy here ! Good for 4-6 people . Large space
