This property is a beautiful home only finished in June 2018. Situated on the end of Lake Jindabyne, 12 mins into Jindy & 40 mins to the ski fields or even closer to the ski tube.
The house has direct access to the lake surrounded by numerous walking trails & excellent fishing spots.
Sleeping 10 people comfortably with two spacious living area's including a media room which doubles as the fourth bedroom. This room has sliding doors for privacy & a queen sized sofa bed.
Two generous bathrooms & a double garage large enough to park two 4x4 cars or a boat out of the weather with an automatic door opener, so you don't even need to get out of your car.
This house is a true home away from home with all the comforts you would expect from a 5 star property.
Surrounded by the beautiful natural mountain & lake landscape with the local neighbors often dropping in for a squiz, ie kangaroos, wombats & on the odd occasion a spiky little fellow we've named Eddie the Echidna, wonders past.
The house is equiped with two Smart TV's, Neflix, WiFi all the mod cons included.
Kalkite locals call this village the hidden gem as its tucked away beside the beautiful Lake Jindabyne but is so close to town. The village is the perfect place to relax, unwind & reflect after a day on the slopes or on the lake.
