Positive: The place has a magnificent view next to the beach. The house , despite being old , it is well maintained with focus in detail. It has all you need. The property manager was there to handle any issue that occurred and this is the most important of all.

Negative: The sea was undulating and we couldn't swim.

Summary: Amazing view, well taken cared property.

Positive: The property was very big and comfortable, having a nice view and just a 1 minute walk to the beach made it easy and incredible!

Negative: Unfortunately due to the heat there were a lot of bugs and cockroaches which wasn’t nice, but overall it was very good!

Summary: We had a really good trip and it was relaxing

Positive: A perfect place for those looking for peace. Sitting on the sea, amazing view, good facilities (but old) and the place is well maintained.

Negative: There is nothing you will see in the pictures that is not extra charge. Everything we wanted to use, they asked for an additional fee: jacuzzi, billiards, air conditioner in the lower space, luckily they didn't charge an additional fee for using kitchen utensils... It's a perfect place, but keep in mind that the price shown here is not the price.

Positive: Perfect location. Lovely clean villa. Very receptive and local contact. Great facilities.

Negative: Wifi was not great. In fact it was better to use 4g. And the facilities for the villa need to be updated as the two local restaurants within walking distance have been closed for a while. Plus the hot tub is not free - contrary to what is said in the villa.

Summary: Brilliant villa for a family of close group of friends.

Positive: The location was great

Negative: Two beachside tavernas were closed. A notice advising this was in the villa. Having restaurants within walking distance was a factor when booking this villa. Would have been nice to have had correct info when making the booking. The pool was unusable as it was freezing cold. If its going to be sold for early season booking then perhaps pool heating might be an idea. Water pressure was shocking. Almost impossible for showering and hairwashing. The shower systems definitely need upgrading.the villa and grounds are tired and could do with a freshen up.
