Positive: What an amazing place, right on the beach, fantastic host & breath-taking sunset views. Nice location, just off the main coastal road so avoided the traffic ( even though there is minimal traffic ). We arrived really late at night, but the host made sure there were a few simple provisions for us which was really sweet & generous. the gardener attended every day to clean the pool & get the garden sorted for us. Lovely outdoor area that we will really miss. Stunning views from either the garden, or the short walk to the beach
Negative: Nothing. The host was so friendly & generous. They truly made us feel so welcome & the villa was spotless and had all the main facilities as well as kitchen appliances. We have stayed in Cyprus many times & this probably rates as the best spot we have stayed at. Being so close to the ocean is so special, hearing the waves crash during the night is so satisfying
Summary: Stunning beach side villa

Positive: A beautifully kitted house with all you need, there were fruits, cupboards were full of food, very welcoming. Pool is fantastic, view breathtaking. Good BBQ. Very quiet neighbourhood. I'd come back with family and friends.
Negative: Everything went beyond expectations

Positive: LOCATION. The sea is just in front of the building. Sunsets were amazing. A very quiet and peaceful place.
Negative: Sunbed mattresses were dirty. The movable BBQ is broken (there is a hole in the bottom). The pool walls were a bit dirty. The water in the pool was clean, though. The beach in front of the building is not suitable for swimming because of the big rocks, but 100 meters to the right, you get an easy water entrance (as long as it is not too wavy, still, the bottom is rocky, not sandy). But the location justified all these nuances.

Positive: Great location, vicinity to the beach, villa had everything that was needed, welcome hamper of the basics (bread, milk, ham, cheese, bannanas, apples, orange juice, tea, coffee and large amount of oranges for juicing)
Negative: Access code for key wasn't forwarded. I had to call the villa owners for code. No information book for the operation of villa equipment such as oven usage location of fuse panels, water heating for the cloudy days or any important information such as local doctors, emergency numbers local amenities etc. Some areas of the Villa are showing signs of age, bathroom fittings like shower heads and towel rails, etc.
Summary: Olgas Villa, perfect for beach people who don't mind the noise of the waves.

Positive: The stay was fantastic. The villa is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is right by the sea, peace and quiet. After the season the beach is practically "private" because there is no one there. The owner and the staff were wonderful. We arrived at night. They did the shopping for breakfast for us! In addition, we often got fresh fruit delivered to our door :-)
Negative: The only shortcoming is a damaged flush valve in the downstairs toilet.
