Positive: Great location, vicinity to the beach, villa had everything that was needed, welcome hamper of the basics (bread, milk, ham, cheese, bannanas, apples, orange juice, tea, coffee and large amount of oranges for juicing)

Negative: Access code for key wasn't forwarded. I had to call the villa owners for code. No information book for the operation of villa equipment such as oven usage location of fuse panels, water heating for the cloudy days or any important information such as local doctors, emergency numbers local amenities etc. Some areas of the Villa are showing signs of age, bathroom fittings like shower heads and towel rails, etc.

Summary: Olgas Villa, perfect for beach people who don't mind the noise of the waves.

Positive: The stay was fantastic. The villa is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is right by the sea, peace and quiet. After the season the beach is practically "private" because there is no one there. The owner and the staff were wonderful. We arrived at night. They did the shopping for breakfast for us! In addition, we often got fresh fruit delivered to our door :-)

Negative: The only shortcoming is a damaged flush valve in the downstairs toilet.

Positive: This villa was amazing! We loved waking up to the stunning sea view from the windows and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves. The location just perfect - quite and peaceful (not at the main street of the village), while all facilities are close enough (7-15 minutes by car). The swimming pool is nice (but in Feb it is colder than sea water :) ). The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and had three lovely three bedrooms - perfect for family 2 adults + 2 teens. Eating point we may recommend: Neromylos "Watermill" Cafe-Taverna (ca. 25 min drive). The car if highly recommended.

Negative: Cold floors in winter - remember to bring your slippers or warm socks if you're not traveling during the summer. The water heating system was a bit confusing, but we managed to sort it out with the host's help.

Positive: Gorgeous location! You can practically hear the sound of the waves crushing on the rocky beach as you sleep. Amazing feeling. Big, comfortable common area. Very well organised and equipped kitchen (incl. a Nespresso machine and a blender). Comfy beds and lots of extra blankets for the night.

Negative: It's not that we didn't like it, it was just not communicated right. The house has only 1 bathroom (upstairs, for 2 comfy bedrooms) and 1 shower w/toilet downstairs, where the 3rd bedroom is. In the description there are 3 bathrooms mentioned, which is not the case. Other than that, all was great!

Summary: Totally recommending it, but 2 bathrooms not 3.

Positive: The house is just by the sea. We had the beach to ourselves. The villa was spacious and convenient. I loved the sound of the ocean and waves. When we arrived we found a lot of fruit and other products in the fridge. The owners were very helpful.
