Positive: I loved this apartment so much I didn't want to leave! It's so cute and homey and nicely decorated. Everything was spotless. I spent a lot of time on the balcony with a lovely open view and plenty of sunshine. There's a nice couch for relaxing and watching tv, good lighting options, a washer, umbrella, and small safe. I really appreciated the wine, bottled water, and chocolates. The bed is very soft and there are a couple of pillow options. Rainfall shower didn't give me much more than a trickle but the other shower head worked fine. The building is nice and has an elevator, but there are about 15 wide stairs to get to the main door. I liked the location and even though it's on a busy street, with access to public transit, the apartment itself is very peaceful. I walked everywhere, and it's a pleasant and shady 30-minute walk to Old Town past Hilmteich pond, the botanical garden, and through a lovely park. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy just a 10-minute walk up the street. Simone and Dieter were wonderful hosts - very kind and responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Positive: It's a beautiful place! The hosts are lovely - gave all the information we needed, responded quickly to our messages and also recommended places to visit in Graz. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. The location of the apartments is convenient, there is a bus stop right next to the building and a tram stop 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is clean, new furniture, modern renovation. We have never seen that in the apartment owners pay such attention to detail and contribute to the care of their guests (there is absolutely everything you need: from dishwasher and a coffee machine, ending even a roller for clothes). All in all, definitely recommend, and would be happy to come back here again!
Negative: I wish there was a full-length mirror (but that's not critical at all) To the attention of new guests: shampoo, shower gel and other personal hygiene products you should take your own. These are the only things that are not provided in the apartment.

Positive: An excellent apartment for a couple. The location is great, a nice walk or a couple of bus stops to the centre. Everything is impeccably clean, and it can be seen that the owners have made an effort to make your stay pleasant with many little details throughout the apartment. It is spacious enough for two people. It is very well-equipped, pleasantly warm during cold days, with a spacious balcony facing back of the building, so it is not noisy at all. The owners were very helpful with giving all the details for the check-in (which went quickly) and the suggestions for enjoying our time in Graz. Having a garage spot is a huge plus. As we plan to come back to Graz in the future, this would definitely be our first choice.
