Summary: The room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady was very nice and kept the facility clean. I live the pool area, quiet, and spacious. The AC worked fine while I was there. Unfortunately the location is not near the beach and if you don’t rent a car it’s hard to get around. I don’t mind walking so I walked to and from the beach but I would not walk alone at night. I would not feel safe. I highly recommend this place however make sure you rent a car if you do not like walking.

Summary: The property is immaculate. Very clean and new. Lots of amenities, such as shampoo and shower gel, beach towels, and beach chairs. Nice pool with poolside lounge chairs that are comfortable. Although close to a busy street, you do not hear any noise due to concrete walls, and doors and windows are high quality and seal well. Air conditioning throughout kept us cool in the 38 degrees. Short drive to grocery store, Eagle beach, and Palm beach areas and many restaurants. Maya responded quickly to any questions and kept in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again.

Summary: Kaikushi is very clean, well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. It felt very warm and inviting and you were eager to arrive back from a full day of activities to relax in peace and tranquility at the pool and outside areas. Maya was extremely helpful and courteous providing recommendations and any information we needed. Looking forward to our next trip!

Summary: We celebrated my birthday here in August 2025 and I can’t wait to come back. Maya could not have been more helpful. Whatever we requested she accommodated. The property is clean, the pool is wonderful and the units are just the right size! We recommend renting a car as they are close to two main beaches and grocery store. If you’re in doubt don’t wait to book, you won’t be disappointed.👍

Summary: The property was clean and quite. The location was great. We rented a car but you could easly get to the good spots by taxi. There are some walkable spots but to get experience of the entire island you should rent a car. Beautiful property, this will definitely be my go to spot to stay the next time I return to Aruba.
