Positive: Everything was so great. The location is conveniently close to the Palm Beach. The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean. All the appliances are new and work well. You have everything you need for your stay. They even give you foldable chairs which can be super handy at the beaches. The manager did the best to accommodate our further wishes as well.

Positive: This is a very new and modern Adults-only place, only a few years old. We stayed in a spacious 2-bed/2-bath room unit on the second floor. Quite a large unit with 2 king-sized beds. Bedrooms were fantastic with comfortable sheets and king-sized beds. Each bedroom had 2 twin mattresses pushed together I believe. Very quiet and clean with good blackout curtains. Air Conditioners worked well too. We slept very well here. All the furniture is very nice, solidly built, and comfortable. Location is very conveniently located about 5-minute drive to Palm and Eagle Beaches. Tons of good restaurants also a short drive away. I'd strongly recommend a car for Aruba since stuff is a little too spread out unless you're staying at a beach resort, which this place is not. Everything inside the unit worked well. The entire place was extremely clean and we didn't see a single bug, insect, ant, or fly inside the unit. We booked this place last-minute due to a problem at our previous hotel. The booking/check-in/check-out process and associated communication (via WhatsApp) with Maya was very smooth and easy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Kaikushi.

Negative: There was not really any closet or clothing storage space in the bedrooms, just a rod and hangers. So we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases on the bedroom floors. There wasn't much in terms of cooking supplies (no cooking oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, kitchen supplies from previous guests that you may find in some other vacation rentals, so you'll have to bring all of that yourself if you plan on cooking). There were plenty of cups and dishes though. No hot tub: even though the pool is divided into sections, it's all ambient temperature. The view from the balconies is nothing special. These are all small trivial things that did not take away from our excellent stay.
