Positive: Location and experience was excellent.

Negative: Accommodation was a little more rustic than I thought it would be. The kitchen needs to be improved and the bath towels need to be bigger and thicker. We were given small thin towels.

Positive: The location is an absolute dream and worth the rowing. Francis was very helpful and friendly. The villa has everything you need and is neat and clean. Take the walk down to the bridge during low tide.

Positive: The views/location were incredible and was the highlight of the trip, and kayaking up the river was beautiful.

Negative: NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID. For the price per night you would expect a neat well kept place as shown on all the pictures.The pictures does not reflect the "state" of the place.Pics need to be updated. "Rustic" is not the right word to describe a unkept place. NOT PRIVATE- you could see and hear the people at the mainhouse next door and they could access your place of they wanted to theough a connecting path. Decor scatter cushions/ curtains was dirty and not up to standard. Shower drain cloggend up so you would basically sit on the toilet with your feet in the water.Paint job outside terrible, door struggles to lock, bedroom much smaller than you'd think with a terrible mattress. The Kitchen had ants crawling everywhere- with no Doom or anything provided to help. only a few very cheap terrible matches provided to light everything which was a struggle on the first night seeing that is your only method of cooking.(braai /gas stove) There were no broom or cleaning appliances provided to clean up if you had messed or just broom the deck or outdoor furniture

Summary: Not Rustic- Neglegted. Big difference! Views/Location saved the weekend!

Positive: Okay were do I start. This little house is probably one of the best places we've ever visited. The view from the stoep is unbelievably beautiful. The best river/sea to swim in. We just loved everything. Just a tip - don't take to much luggage and groceries with you. Rather go in to town (5min away) everyday and get more food ext.

Negative: The fact that we only booked for 3 nights ;) will stay much longer next time.

Positive: The view is amazing, and kayaking to the waterfall and bridge was really fun. Going to Kaaimans, we read all the reviews, and knew exactly what to expect. Our time spent at Kaaimans was adventurous and fun! Gustav always responded to my messages. Knowledge and Jeremiha was very friendly and helpful.
