Positive: The host, Barbara, was fantastic. Very welcoming, service minded and she had truly paid attention to all the details. We received a welcome basket with, among other things, fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden and it tasted fantastic! And the sweet neighbour, Carlo, that was at hand at any time to help, made sure we got more tomatoes during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and in the fridge she had prepared with water and milk. It felt like being spoiled at a 5 star hotel even though it was an apartment. The apartment was really clean, modern, spacious and with the most fantastic view over the lake.

Negative: If you want to go for a swim in the lake, prepare yourself for a nice long walk down the hill, and up again.

Positive: It was an absolute dream celebrating my daughters 30th here. The location was magic and Nesso was beautiful quieter than some spots on the lake which we loved. Barbara, Carlo and Giovanna were attentive and a welcome hamper and veggies from the garden were a lovely touch.

Positive: The location was unique in Nesso between Como and Belajio. The apartment was very clean and well furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances. The owner was very professional and cooperative. Thank you Barbara for your lovely warm welcoming 🌹

Positive: Barbara’s property was clean, and beautifully furnished! the lake view from the balcony was amazing. We had easy access to the bus and ferry for trips to Como or Bellagio. Barbara was responsive to our inquiries. Barbara left us a nice selection for breakfast and other goodies 😊. Barbara went above and beyond to make us comfortable! Would definitely recommend and return to Nesso. Definitely 5* !!

Positive: I would like to thank Barbara and especially Carlo for their hospitality, they made us feel at home. The location of the house is very good, there are buses to both Como centre and Bellagio area. You can reach both in 30 minutes. The house was very clean. There was everything we needed.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. If I come back to Como, I will definitely stay in this house.

Positive: Wonderful flat, very nice and helpful hosts, everything essential was already there(like vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea etc.), stunning lake view! we had a great stay and would come back again any time , thank you so much for a wonderful stay! ☺️

Negative: A bit tricky to find even with navigation, road to the house not accessible with all kinds of cars, but ours was small enough
