Negative: -staff is a little neutral -asked for an extra towel, but did not get it -early morning wake-up call due to smoke alarm (I think someone was smoking in the room)

Positive: The hotel was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, communication was a bit challenging as the staff spoke very limited English—fortunately, I had a Turkish companion with me to help.

Negative: I had booked a full board stay, but upon arrival, I was informed that the restaurant was closed for dinner. I’m currently still waiting for a refund from Booking or the hotel regarding this issue, which was disappointing.

Positive: The location was good due to facilities close to you.

Negative: Hotel photos look unreal. The breakfast is very bad At half past nine there is no breakfast the restaurant employee says the breakfast is over. The next day, after filing a complaint, I found breakfast only boiled eggs and cold peppers fried in oil only.

Positive: Excellent location in the city centre, close to the motorway and 30 minutes walk from the sea. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with parking. Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was great. The restaurant staff were amazing. Excellent food for the price.

Negative: Don't hesitate to ask for an extra towel or blanket. The car park is small and it is difficult to get out in the morning. Pay attention to the signs on the wall. There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the rooms.
