Summary: Amazing venue, incredible service. We have come here 3 summers in a row now with our family. The grounds of the resort are breathtaking but the people at this resort are what makes it truly top notch. Every single server is amazing. My kids spilled stuff every morning at the breakfast buffet and the staff had incredible patience insisting our kids were cute (lol… they made a huge mess every day but the staff didn’t blink). We love all the activities, the kids craft centre, days at the pool and sandcastles by the beach, smores at the fire at night, live music outside in the evenings. All of these things are reasons why we return every year. It’s an incredible experience. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff! Only comment of advice for the team would be: can you please add some umbrellas by the splash pad? There is zero shade there and lots of babies / toddlers (not to mention parents) that need a little sun shade. Thx!

Summary: We had a lovely time. The prices of items are high and the service and accommodations are good. There seems to be a disconnect on certain items - like breakfast being served in a windowless room, when you really want to enjoy the view. The cost for steak at 83$ being good but definitely not 83$ worth. Only offering 50 min massages - and charging a premium for a good massage. Couldn’t find a nice place to enjoy the view and have a drink without construction. Lots of areas are no food no drink.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful . Pablo, Sean and Ava were stand out great... The bison tenderloin at the Chop house and the salmon at Cottages were fabulous dishes . The rooms have relatively thin walls so we could hear the baby crying next door in the early hrs. Otherwise a lovely weekend ( despite the cold weather. )

Summary: We stayed for one night while in the area looking at cottages. The service is outstanding. We had a king suite with a living room and kitchen and patio. Fantastic room, excellent customer service and great food options.
