Summary: Staff was excellent. My only hiccup was that they forgot to refresh my room twice out of my stay. Not a big deal because it was rectified, but not the kind of attentiveness you'd expect from the price and level of stay.

Summary: the service are not up tp the standard of the brand, incluided a breakfas that was eggs and coffe Everything has an extra charge if you want bead, jam or to change the coffe for the or juice you have to pay extra, and there is no opction to have breakfast at the restaurant is has to be just room service, One day they didnt clean my room and when I returned I asked them to clean it and they told me that is would cost extra charge because is wasnt cleaning hours very poor guest service all their language is extra cost. They also told me that becuase I booked through hotels.com that was my service that was included.

Summary: This is an excellent hotel with great amenities and location in downtown Vancouver. Our first stay here, but I doubt it will be our last. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a tub as well as a big walk in shower. We did get our upgrade which was free breakfast, but we had to ask for it as it was not related to the hotel. Certainly not their fault. Other than that it’s a great experience staying downtown.
