Summary: Stunning setting and what we thought was going to be an amazing stay. Might be our fault for going to a hotel in the first week but as the week went on, the following happened: - charged £700 more because we booked via Expedia - why has this happened? - no systems internally are working, everything was difficult - washing took 2.5 days to happened, when we called up and asked where it was, they said they would find it and ring back but no response till we called the following morning
