Positive: My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we were absolutely delighted! It’s a modern, beautifully located property where every detail has been carefully thought out. The check-in process was flawless – we were personally welcomed by the manager, who, upon learning about our special occasion, upgraded our room and offered us a welcome drink. We were driven to our room by a golf cart, and shortly after, room service knocked on the door with a lovely surprise – a bottle of champagne and a cake. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly special and created a memory we’ll cherish for a long time. The service was outstanding – friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. It’s clear that great attention is paid to every detail and to ensuring guests’ comfort. An exceptional experience, worth every penny. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Positive: We experienced true hospitality during our holiday! The resort is beautiful, with amazing views both from the rooms as well as the common spaces and pools. Most members of the staff were warm hearted and genuinely took good care of us! Checking was breeze, the front desk staff arranged things while we enjoyed refreshments (they even upgraded us without asking - recognizing that we were regular Marriott Bonvoy customers). When we went off the property the arranged our visit including the taxi back. The team at breakfast was amazing!! Agyro welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had reservations for dinner and even gave us recommendations if we were going off the property. Elsa and Aggeliki were especially sweet to our son going above and beyond! They have 3 pools 1 for adults, 1 shallow pool for babies and 1 for families. They also have direct access to the Aegean sea with beds looking onto the sea. At the poolside Chrsitina was especially helpful and took special care of our son. Last but not the least Manos the director of operations was ever present and made sure that our stay was awesome!

Negative: Its a new property and the staff though trying their best are sometimes not able to deliver. I expect that if we were to go back after a few months (to a year) this would no longer be an issue. This especially thanks to Manos the operations director walking around every day and talking to customers to make sure they are being well served and also happy to take feedback when not. The staff is eager to make up when things don't go well and hopefully they will take there learnings to up their game! The property lacks a private beach. There is access to the Aegean sea from the pool but no beach. Marathi the town where the property is located does have a public beach and is a stones throw away. However going there would mean missing out on the luxuries of the property and due to this we did not end up going there. This is not a big deal, but for families with young children (like ours) it would have been nice to have a beach for our son to play in the sand.

Positive: New and slick designed hotel and gardens that really make the most of beautiful views across the bay to the mountains. The gardens are full of wild flowers and olive trees and the buildings set out to maximise the views. Lots of space to chill and great swim spots off the rocks.

Summary: Manos and his team made for a wonderful stay great venue, friendly staffs and lovely Greek island vibes
