Positive: Great location, right at the entrance to Ximen MRT station and next to Ximending. Very helpful staff, good breakfast with both local and international cuisine dishes.

Positive: Very convenient location, right in the middle of Ximending. 7-11 and Sushiro are downstairs. No worry to find late supper or super early breakfast if needed. Plenty of space of luggage, 1 medium and 2 small luggage.

Negative: Super expensive! Double the amount from nearby hotels! Very weird setup of breaking of toilet and bathroom with a basin in the middle of both facilities, which is inconvenient. Toilet is immediately after entering, we found a strong foul smell when we enter. Maybe that is why an air refreshing machine was provided. The front desk staffs are professional but lacks a personal touch. We didn't take their very expensive breakfast of TWD440 per pax.

Negative: It is not a sound proof rooms. So sometimes the guests are inconsiderate and talking loudly at night.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was awesome and the breakfast was delicious! Extra touches like great coffee, ice machine and laundry made for a comfortable stay. We appreciate the green initiatives too.

Negative: It was initially a bit tricky to find the front entrance, but our mistake was foreseen, and a sign at the other entrance directed us the right way 😁

Positive: Room layout was well thought out and facilities were clean and neat. The common area was good. The location was very central but removed enough to be isolated from all the noise of Ximending. The room presented itself on par, if not better than some of the 5 star hotels I've stayed in. The shower, toilet and vanity were all in separate spaces: but, this ended up being a plus for a party of 3 as the entire bathroom wasn't just taken up by one person at a time.) Plenty of elevators. Many even 4-5 star hotels have just 1 or 2 elevators, which makes for a long wait if you need to get somewhere. There were plenty of elevators here meaning minimal wait. A large 7-Eleven directly below the hotel was a huge bonus. Not to mention a foot massage place right next door.

Negative: Not much.

Summary: Very comfortable and convenient stay.
