Positive: The location is great near the walking street and shops, staff is very sweet and helpful with everything, the maids were lovely we were tired every day and woke up late she would put a card under the door staying she came by to clean the room but we were still sleeping so when we left each day i would just go to her and ask her to come clean our room! Very polite! Oh and B1 has a massage chair love it for a long day!

Negative: The bed side by the windows was very small you had to climb into the bed and no charging pots for phones, the shower had no room to put our personal stuff in there! A little on the high side of price but if new and clean i would recommend here its a new hotel! Otherwise we liked it!

Positive: Love the extra pillow option and very comfy sitting area. As well as the cafe thats attached.

Negative: There is only one thing I’d improve - I would offer thinner quilts for dormitory rooms. Once the curtains are drawn, AC ventilation doesn’t get in the dorm beds so the thick quilt is overheating. Either that or offer little electric fans in dorms for heat sensitive guests.
