Positive: Everything was super, the apartment is cozy and spacious, train station was very near as well as the beach. There was coffee maker, microwave, kettle and everything what you might need while staying in the apartment. Thank you for all of the gifts!

Positive: We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment! It is new spotless, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host met us right on time and was extremely accommodating and helpful. He took the time to walk us through how to use the appliances, which we really appreciated, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and felt like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Positive: This spacious apartment is very well equipped for a longer stay (we stayed for 4 nights). It is newly renovated in a tasteful and practical fashion with all mods and cons you may need during your stay. Everything is super clean, there is a lot of storage space, the bed is comfortable, the sofa large and comfy for chilling in front of TV with good quality a/c on hot days. The beach only 5 min walk, restaurants and cafes nearby, supermarket Rimi 10-15 min walk. We didn't have our own transport so we appreciated the bus stop right outside the house and the railway station Bulduri a 5 min walk (the bus is cheaper than train). Alexandr is a great and attentive host, he even gave us a free lift from the Riga airport! When checking in he showed us around the apartment, explained everything and briefed us on the practical information regarding the local area. We even got a 5L water bottle on arrival (we liked the local tap water as well). The communication was great, we loved the stay - we would definitely recommend the place!

Positive: Everything was perfect. Apartment is in very good location - beach is just in 5 minutes of walk, few restaurants, food market. The apartment had everything you need for a few days' stay.

Positive: Very clean and nice apartment, close to the beach, probably only 10 min walk or less. Great calm area, further from the town/central area, which could be reached with a car in 10 min. Very nice host. We enjoyed stay.

Negative: The apartment is by the the street, so a bit noisy at night even with closed windows.

Positive: The apartment is very newly renovated with all the amenities you might need for good holiday. It was great that it had air conditioning and a dishwasher! Nobody wants cleaning dishes when on holiday. Location is also very good- 5min to the beach and few good restaurants are also nearby. Additionally host is very friendly and helpful.
