Positive: Good location in a quiet area but not far from restaurants. Very incredibly friendly and hospitable staff, even drove us to the Monet garden right after we checking in, just before it closed.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Junos is a very comfortable and modernised accomodation which retains the character of the historical building and the downstairs lounge area is well designed. The staff were welcoming and kindly drove me to the nearby onsen and provided some dinner recommendations. I also appreciated the breakfast that was provided the next day especially the yuzu focaccia bread. I would be sure to stay at junos again.

Positive: The Interior is rally nice, modern with some antique elements. The communal area is well organized, equipped and spacious. The bathroom on the 1rst floor is really good. My bed was great!
Negative: The welcome was not friendly and rather strictly: you have to follow "the programme". Maybe this is because the staff does not speak English? No private bathroom, so, I think the price-quality is not that good. Free breakfast only in the weekend. If you are taller than 1.85: mind your head!!

Positive: A lovely place along a quiet street in residential neighborhood. Breakfast was provided, for dinner it is on your own with plenty of choices in the town. Host and her colleague/assistant were super nice and helpful. Note that they don’t stay at the property overnight, so you have to take care of yourself once they leave. Emergency information is prominently posted. Overall quite a nice place!

Positive: I arrived early. Was met with great courtesy and given a ride to and from Monet’s garden. I asked to pay for this, and my offer was declined. I had walked 18 miles and could not face the prospect of further walking to find dinner. What was immediately available in the premises more than met my needs.
Negative: The only thing: stumbling to the loo in the middle if the night I banged my head coming and going- there are a few liw openings one must be mindful of.
