Summary: This venue is spectacular. It is beautifully located with a magnificent view of the Serra de Tramuntana. The shuttle servie to Port Soller was very convenient. The Hotel staff was extremely professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: What stuck out to me at this hotel is the beautiful sunset views. If you eat at breakfast or lunch at their restaurant beware of the bees that will attack you. I think the staff should let you know about that before seating you as its a well known issue. The tasting menu restaurant food was not good. It was beautiful and the woman explaining everything was awesome but the food did not have flavor.

Summary: Beautiful report , excellent and helpful staff . The only problem we had were the number of bees that frequently gathered around our breakfast table, disturbed our peace and interrupted us making us having to leave the table.

Summary: Beautiful area, nice hotel and good for kids but not worth the price. Not like other jumeriah properties in Dubai. Staff friendly but very young and not experienced. Needs stronger management and leadership during busy periods.
