Summary: Our stay at Jumeirah Mallorca exceeded every expectation. The hotel enjoys one of the most spectacular settings in Mallorca, with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The service was consistently outstanding. Every member of the team was warm, professional and genuinely attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The concierge team was particularly impressive, helping us with excellent recommendations and every request throughout our stay. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and elegant, and the food was of a very high standard across the hotel. Breakfast deserves a special mention for its exceptional quality and variety. Travelling with children, we also appreciated how family-friendly the hotel is without compromising its luxurious feel. It strikes a rare balance between relaxed sophistication and genuine hospitality. Jumeirah Mallorca is a destination we would happily return to and one of the finest luxury hotels we have experienced. Highly recommended.

Summary: The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking taxis, dinner reservations and extra supplies in the room.
