Positive: Loved the quiet location surrounded by bamboo trees. The staff were really lovely and offered us some of their barbecue the last night we were there. I reckon it would be lovely in summer. The fire area in the common room was lovely too. The surroundings like seating outside and pool area look really nice. The bedroom was really big and the bed was comfortable. Good car park space and electric charging points. Really pet friendly. Our two dogs were really relaxed here.

Negative: The room was either too cold or too hot. The heater was not easy to get the temperature right. The shower was almost over the toilet so all floor wet after a shower. The food options are not great. I would bring more of my own food next time or make sure you are ready to go to other places to eat.

Positive: The hotel is Nicely furnished. Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English. We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.

Summary: We felt very welcomed and Jk made our stay a memorable experience.

Positive: pet friendly hotel, some of food prepared according to our request. staff helped to take care our dog 😄.

Negative: can only walk at the Main Street. it would be great to have some walking path in the forest area.

Positive: Amazing staff looked after me and my dog really well. So friendly and accommodating! Quiet and secluded and great if you need to recharge. Room was just divine and beautiful. Lovely outdoor pool and delicious authentic food.

Negative: No other restaurants nearby for meal options but the options at the hotel are good and if it’s not on their menu, they still try to accommodate your wishes.

Positive: I cannot thank the staff at July Bamboo enough for our stay, they are tremendous. They were so friendly and accommodating. The place is quiet and peaceful, set in a beautiful location. We didn't venture out at all but the staff were happy to help find us activities if we had wanted to. The pool was clean and well maintained so we spent most of our time there. It was perfect for the relaxing trip that we wanted. The food was lovely and fresh. The service was wonderful and everything from coffee, water and cakes were provided as little extras! We even had freshly bread baked for us to take home! It was delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to go again.
