Positive: The whole ambience and cleanliness. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very good

Negative: Booked this hotel as we had driven 750 kilometers that day and website said there was a restaurant. It was not available so we had to drive to next village to eat another 14 kilometers and we were tired. We had stayed in Hotel over the road last year but that hadn't an evening restaurant and was much cheaper which was the reason we booked this one

Positive: The architecture of an old monastery add extra element of peace to the place .

Negative: When the restaurant is closed , like on Monday the bistro could have better choice of food than just pizza . We were offered free passes for rail to Wurzeralm , however the reception was not able to produce the printed pass this was a bit disappointing as we lost time in which we could just hike the alm instead of waiting for the printout which never happened

Summary: regardless of small miscomunication, we would definately come back.
