Positive: The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels available. The room was spacious and had a convenient place to hang clothes. The check-in process was easy, and the access codes worked perfectly without any problems. Overall, the room, cleanliness, and access to the property were very good.
Negative: First, the shower is extremely small. You practically have to stand completely straight while showering because if you move, your elbows hit either the window or the glass. The shower space is simply too small. Also, there is only one bathroom for four rooms, which can be very inconvenient when several guests are staying there. At one point, I had to wait about 20 minutes for another guest to finish using the bathroom, even though I urgently needed to use it. For four rooms, I believe there should ideally be at least two bathrooms. Another observation is regarding parking. When you are traveling by car, especially as a foreign tourist, you may not feel comfortable leaving your vehicle parked on the street because you don't know the area or how safe it is. The listing should clearly state that the apartment does not have private parking and that guests must park on the street. I had read that parking was available, so I understood that there was a designated parking space, not street parking. If this is clearly stated in the listing, guests can decide beforehand whether the accommodation is suitable for them. Those are my only observations. Other than that, everything was good. Thank you very much.

Positive: Very clean . I like that the towels were in my room already since the bathroom is shared . . I like the decor . It made the house and room cozy .
Negative: The mattress didn't go all the way to the headboard . So the pillow would fall in between the headboard and mattress . I also found the pillows not comfortable .

Positive: The location and cleanliness. Accessible with Bus #37 from EWR for $1.85 which runs every 30-40 min. From the same bus stop, Bus #107 connects with Port Authority on the 42nd St in Manhattan for $7.1. It runs once every 30 min.

Positive: Felt clean and safe, I don't normally stay in a shared property space like that but it felt clean, quiet and safe.
Negative: Could have used a lamp in the room, small thing really.
Summary: Close to the airport and cheap, bare bones but good for a quick overnight. Clean!
