Positive: The grounds were neatly kept. Minutes from downtown.

Negative: I enjoyed the whole experience, would recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

Summary: The hosts were exceptional and made my wife and I feel at home.

Positive: The Hosts and their family were a pleasure to meet. The accommodations were beyond expectations. Woke up every morning 🌄 to fresh brewed coffee,fruit salad, muffins/ croissants , yogurt and snacks. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Norwich, Syracuse,Utica, and Binghamton area as a hub to stay. "We arrived as strangers and left as close family friends". Definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Thanks for everything. Ken Marquart 🙏❤️🤗

Positive: I was truly impressed by both the location and the room—what a stunning home and property! The host was exceptional: incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Negative: I felt the listing could have included more detail. Each room offers a beautiful space along with a private bathroom, which is a must-have for my wife. That important feature wasn’t clearly communicated in the listing, and it would have been helpful to know in advance.
