Positive: Sandra was extremely kind and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the entire stay. Ever well equipped and comfortable facility, great location near the water and not too far from the main shops and cafes in Rye.

Positive: This place was a gem. Cabins were spacious, clean and lovingly styled. The large decking, native landscaping and grassed areas were super for relaxing. Easy access to beach in a quieter section of the bay. Sandra and Lindsay were friendly and hospitable hosts who have put lots of thought and work into creating a great accom option. Quiet backstreets and bay trail access saved me from Nepean hwy traffic.

Positive: Beautifully paint in soft 1950’s colours. Surrounded by native garden. Comfortable, relaxing interior. So close to the beach, shops,cafe and public transport.

Summary: Loved our stay at Joy’s. Lovely just, relaxing environment and super close to beach. We will be coming again.

Positive: My 89 year old mother and I were warmly welcomed by Sandra. She was able to answer any of our needs with great enthusiasm and very informative tips about life on the Peninsula. Lovely homely authentic beach cabins, tastefully decorated and centrally located wewhen travelling with a car.

Negative: The only concern was the heavy traffic along the Point Nepean hwy inhibiting safe crossing to the beach.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay on the Mornington Peninsula!
