Positive: Apartment is modern & very comfortable. About 20 minutes walk from Perth city & around the corner from free CAT blue bus to Perth City. Many extras provided eg: shampoo, tea, coffee, oil etc. Great bakery downstairs.

Negative: Sometimes, Police sirens at night was noisy as Police station is across the road. However, noise is expected as property is in the city.

Summary: Modern, comfortable apartment close to Perth city & many restaurants.

Negative: If you have room on looking out on main road on weekends can be noisy late at night . Requested a portacot prior to arrival was told it would be available, arrived at 1am and no portacot there. Took two attempts at the office the next day to finally have one delivered very inconvenient when told prior one would be there.

Negative: Some dishes were dirty. The pool and hot tub were closed the whole time we were there with no explanation. Sadly outside the apartment is a gathering of homeless people with a lot of yelling through the night.

Summary: Apartment itself great. Building and surrounding facilities not so good.

Positive: Once we arrived in our unit we were surprised on how nice the place was. It’s very well laid out and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the place is nicely decorated.

Negative: The worst experience ever booking a place. Never before have I had to fill out extra forms to book a place. Absolutely ridiculous the hoops we had to jump through with the management company for this property. All the other places we’ve booked in the past, a click of the mouse to finalize your stay is good enough. The keypad in the elevator was visibly damaged and would not go up to the 3rd floor, so we had to drag our heavy luggage up the stairs from the second floor to the third floor. There’s a bare wire sticking out of one of buttons on the elevator as it was smashed to expose the wire.

Summary: Aside from the extra unnecessary forms we had to fill out for the management company, the place was a comfortable stay b
