Summary: I booked and received confirmation for two rooms, but on the morning of check-in the hotel app showed only one. Staff initially insisted there was only one booking and told me to contact Hotels.com myself. After a lot of effort, another staff member finally confirmed both rooms. Very frustrating experience and disappointing service.

Summary: The room is very small definitely not the same size room as in the photo. Could not get any room service. Did not have ballet parking as it said on line and there was no 24hour room service also like it said. The safe lady member with the red hair was not very friendly and did not give very good directions or clear instructions on how to get the parking garage. The shower had mild in it
