3 Bedroom House in Grand Isle

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay on the island, COUYON’S BEACH HOUSE is it !!!! This is one of the few places for rent on the east end of the island by Grand Isle Marina.
This elegant 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath house offers a large dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances and granite counter tops. We have WIFI access, TV and cable. There is a King bed in the master suite, Queen over Full XL bunk bed in one guest room and in the other bedroom there is a Full over Full bunk bed and also a Twin over Twin bunk bed.
We have a huge concreted entertaining area under the camp along with a screened in eating and cooking area perfect for outside gatherings. We include a BBQ pit, boiling pot, and fish fry pot for your cooking convenience. Also included is a fish cleaning station with a sink. There is also a downstairs bathroom as well. We have a large stainless steel counter with a sink for entertaining.
We are located right across the street from the Grand Isle State Park that offers piers for fishing, crabbing, an observation tower, nature trails and miles of beautiful beaches. You are also a very short drive away from the Grand Isle Marina and the first crossover to access the beach.
We have a Covered front deck for you to enjoy your coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise over the ocean or enjoy the evening relaxing with the gulf breeze while watching the sunset over the back deck.
NO PETS ALLOWED under any circumstance!

Summary: The location across from the state park and within easy driving distance to the beach. The street was quiet and relaxing. Every question we had for the host was answered quickly and with willingness to help. Looking forward to booking this spot again.

Summary: The view, The house was VERY clean, The property owners both was so quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. I most definitely will be booking again it was perfect felt like home away from home. The location was perfect not to far from town. We spent more time at the house then we did the beach ♥️
