Summary: Great place and very friendly staff

Summary: This is our second time staying here and once again an excellent stay. This time we took the dog and the hotel couldn’t do enough to help us. Dog bed and water bowl provided and a little treat every time we went to the reception. The rooms overlooking the city and river are unusual and well appointed. Definitely recommended for a stay in Bremen.

Summary: Overall the hotel is very nice but some minus points for the missing TVs in the rooms - you should be able to borrow an ipad but all were already taken. Also the air was quite stuffed in the rooms despite the air conditioning. The service was ok but didn’t experience the staff so service minded.

Summary: What a lovely experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and offered me a coffee on arrival. Check-in was simple and quick, and I arrived promptly in my room with a wonderful view of the river from the cozy sitting nook at the window. The room was small but well-designed, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice bed. The amenities were exactly what I needed (though a hairdryer would be a nice additional touch). The common areas are very nice as well, and although I didn't avail of it, a 24/7 bar is a nice touch too!
