Summary: Great location, quiet, private, and plenty of room. Open floor plan in a nice secluded part of Orangeville.

Summary: We enjoyed the house very much, it is in a location that made it easy for my aging parents to see the San Rafael swell and spend sometime in the mountians. With that said the porperty itself is very unique and needs allot of work. The inside was nice but all the rugs are old and stained, not sure why they even have them, the floors were fairly new. We also noticed some dirty towels in the corner by the kitchen. And kitchen supplies were hit and miss. They also have a cat living in the barn adjacent to the house, which our kids enjoyed, but might be off putting to other VRBO renters. It is a very unique place with cows in the back field and a pretty good view on all sides. If you like a farm, and remote feel, this place is for you. But I can see why their are no outside pictures on the VRBO site. The outside of the house is old and needs some attention. Over all we found the place comfortable and relaxing, it just needs some TLC.

Summary: We had such a fun time! We were there with another family. The hosts were amazing and gave great suggestions and even offered to show us a few things. They dropped a few pins for us for both beautiful nearby hikes, good beginning bouldering and gave some good local food reviews. Included with the rental were two fall mats. The kitchen has a great cooking space and they had a lot of utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. I loved that though they included coffee, they also had some gourmet roasted chicory options and teas. Along with both a coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. There were plenty of towels which is important with such a large group. We would easily stay here (and probably will) again!
