Positive: Whole experience was excellent, we stayed in Pine Cottage with family for New Year and loved everything about our trip. Lovely accommodation, quiet location and with excellent facilities. The hot tub was also great and a welcome addition to the booking.

Negative: We only met the owner once on arrival very briefly. He was supposed to come back the following day but we didn't see him again. The hot tub was freezing on one of our days - it was apparently cleaned but we were given no notice that this was going to happen

Positive: My family was spread over 3 different properties and although they were all a different shape and size they were all decorated beautifully and furnished with top quality and very comfortable furniture. The location is stunning and peaceful but close enough to Skegness so as to make travelling in each day easy. The hot tub is great. The staff were welcoming and helpful when called upon.

Negative: Nothing. It's not perfect but it's a close to perfect as we have visited in a long time.
