Positive: The apartment is located around 2 kilometers from the city center. It could easily be located through Google Maps. Transportation is easy as it is located just beside the highway- easy to flag down e-trikes as well. The caretaker was kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The apartment was very spacious. There was free parking. Also, they allow you to leave your luggage while waiting for check-in time. Thank you to the host for answering my questions.

Negative: The only thing that wasn't so good was going to the apartment to sleep after a long day with the ceiling having something that seemed like cats running in it. After a long day of excursions, the least i wanted was my sleep being disturbed by loud noises that seemed like cats running inside the ceiling. I woke up thrice because i thought it might fall in the room.

Negative: Bed creaks a lot. Since our baby sleeps next to us, her sleep gets interrupt whenever we move.

Negative: The bed makes a noisy cracking sound. All four beds have the same issue. Please have them checked, as the screws may need to be tightened. It is quite a disturbance.

Positive: We loved how clean this place was, and it felt really comfortable for our whole family. The location was perfectly close to everything but still tucked away in a quiet spot. I actually found myself getting a lot of work done here, which was a pleasant surprise! Positive: This is our second night stay. This place is also cheaper than others in the area, and basically you have all the two story two bedroom apartment, including the spinner, free drinking water and some cutleries, and there’s the friendly women who will assist you.

Negative: Basically the AC

Positive: You will be able to use the whole 2 bedroom apartment and the assisting lady is very helpful and welcoming :)

Negative: The rooms are a little smaller for a family of 8, specially with the with the two bed in a small window, although there is an extra sofa bed outside. The AC will make you sweat in the first few minutes, but will get better overtime.

Positive: - For the price, it was good--has 2 small bedrooms and 2 toilet - Free drinking water - Linens were freshly laundered - Location was quite close to the city centre--if you like taking a stroll, the town centre is less than 30 mins on foot

Negative: I traveled with 3 senior citizens and y' know, petty things can be an issue to them. One was the AC in one of the rooms. We were told by the host that they had it repaired recently but the repair guy was unsuccessful. Hence, the leak coming from it and the buttons not functioning. TEMPERATURE WAS UNMANAGEABLE. The toilet at the ground floor wasn't working at the time of our stay, so all four us were just sharing the one at the 2nd floor. Room layout was weird and uncomfortable--the corner of the bed was getting in the way that it's impossible to get in and out of the room without doing some Jackie Chan moves. lol - no hangers - mirror was useless, if I were to be honest
