Positive: Comfortable stay, great food and amazing service! The staff were all lovely! They had a service to bring us to the bus station and it helped us out a lot.

Negative: You need to know a bit of Japanese to communicate with the staff but they do their best to understand

Positive: The Japanese style breakfast/dinner is full and taste good! Also, there is some screens setup among different guests in the dinning room, so we have privacy when having breakfast and dinner.
