Positive: The property is new, fully furnished, you have everything you need for the stay. The owner was mindful of every detail. The owner was also super polite and answered all our questions and helped us with recommendations around Thessaloniki. The location is perfect - in the mid of all restaurants and cafes of Ladadika and also Tsimiski shopping street. It can get noisy during the night but this will not disturb your sleep. Really great value for money!

Positive: The third time here, and it feels like a second home. Amazing apartment , in a very good area especially for young people. You have all facilities you need. Its very big clean and comfortable. If you want a nice apartment in the centre you should book this !!! Ioanna was also great, she made sure that everything is ok , welcomed us with sweets and juice, we felt very welcome . ❤️

Its a very big clean and modern apartment, you will find everything you need. We got a free early check in and a free late check out. 10/10 definetly will book it everytime when I am in Thessaloniki 😍

Positive: Beautiful new apartment, so comfortable and spacious, very tastefully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches and also it was absolutely spotless! Excellent location, in bustling, lively Ladadika, with restaurants, tavernas, bars and clubs literally on the doorstep! The apartment is also a few minutes walk from Tsimiski Avenue and Aristotelous Square and a short stroll from the famous White Tower so ideally located for shopping and sightseeing! Ioanna was so helpful, directions to the apartment and check in/out procedure were detailed and straightforward and she was always available if needed

Positive: Very clean and very well maintained. Comfortable little apartment makes it excellent for a short trip or get away. The location is very good, with plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the door. The city centre is about a 25 minuets walk that is very enjoyable.

Negative: The negatives of such a location means that it is very noisy at night. However I do not suspect it will be such an issue during weekdays and night or if you plan on enjoying a night out in the area as well. Water does get out of the shower, so you need to be a little bit mindful about water splashing out.
