Positive: The single room setup was small but very efficient. The layout was very cozy. It's essentially two stories with the bottom story being a little rest area with a desk, sitting mat, and fridge, and the top story being the bed. I thought this was super cool. The old-style decor is also interesting, and I was thankful that they provided a luggage storage service (although it only starts at 10:30 AM). The location is solid, too. Even though it's not super close to an MRT station, it's only a couple minutes away from the famous Dihua Street, and there are plenty of places to visit and eat at nearby.

Negative: The hotel does not have an elevator, and only has a very narrow suitcase, which is a little bit inconvenient if your room is at the top floor and you have big pieces of luggage. Additionally, there was a cockroach in my room, which was not pleasant. But to the hotel's credit once I told them about this they quickly sent someone to my room to spray it down; and other than this I found the room to be clean.

Positive: The location was nice The hotel had a cute, traditional touch to it, and the stuff was very helpful. There was a cute common area where you can sit or eat.

Negative: The rooms were rather small. There was no elevator, which is uncomfortable with large suitcases. The lobby is not 24 hours.
