Positive: The service was great – they even organized the safaris for me three weeks before the trip, and the food was amazing

Negative: The only small negative point was that they promised a bit more regarding the safaris than they were ultimately able to provide, but I wouldn’t see that as something truly negative The only thing that bothered us was that the pool was not ready when we arrived. We could only use it after two out of our three days there. They said they were filling it with fresh water, which is understandable, but that could have been done before the next guests arrived

Positive: The place was very well maintained, staff was very responsive and polite. The location was also very decent as it was nearby to all the safari gates. The check in/check out process was very smooth. Food was very homely!

Negative: Maybe could have given packed breakfast for the safari but nothing major!

Positive: We loved the beautiful gardens and peaceful countryside after being in busy cities. The room was gorgeous with our own plunge pool and common room. Staff very attentive. Ganesh managed to get us safari tickets and made all the arrangements for us.

Positive: Our time at Jewel Stay was wonderful, exceeding all our expectations. We were greeted at a grand entry gate with a buggy for us and our luggage to ease the arrival at the house, and a big smile by Ganesh, the Manager. The 5-room guesthouse is in a peaceful location, surrounded by a beautiful parkland area, a pond and kitchen garden. The room was spacious and comfortable, with our own balcony, the staff could not have been more helpful and the home cooked food was outstanding. Thank you to Ganesh and all the staff for a very memorable stay.

Positive: The staff and their service is amazing. They go out of the way to ensure the convenience of their guests. Kudos to Ganesh and his team. Property is clean, easily accessible and has something for every member of the family. We spent the full two days at the property and enjoyed a lot. Also, they have a wide variety of food options, so if you are vegetarian you'd absolutely love it.

Negative: One or two minor maintenance related things, already shared with the property staff.

Positive: They are very kind, incredibly helpful, perfect service and genuine people. Loved everything about it. When I was working they offered coffee and water to make my job more comfortable and relaxed. It has been our best stay ever. 100% recommended, you will not regret. The manager and guys of the service/kitchen were amazing and the food delicious.
