Summary: The pool was empty. The hot tub was not functioning and they had a note in the elevator explaining it was closed for annual maintenance. It really didn’t make sense because it’s July and being in Canada you would think they would do the annual maintenance in the winter, it was really disappointing not to have a swimming pool on hot days outside we stayed four nights and I didn’t want to see anyone doing any maintenance on the pool so it’s some excuse for not having the pool functioning.

Summary: It would've been great if parking is free and more spots reserved by the entrance for people to at least check in. If you have no problem with mobility then you will be satisfied staying in this hotel. It was a nice stay overall.

Summary: I stayed at this hotel as an Expedia Gold member and a Marriott Silver Elite member. I booked a VIP Access room, which included late check-out as one of the listed benefits (subject to availability). During my stay, I requested late check-out but was informed that it wasn’t possible due to internal policies. This was disappointing, as I’ve consistently booked through Expedia and have had positive experiences with the VIP Access benefits in the past. The room and stay were otherwise pleasant. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve communication around how VIP benefits are honored.
