Negative: Strangest thing I have ever noticed in a hotel: Nespresso machine without coffee capsules (honestly I have seen this in previous reviews and brought a pack of them with me)

Positive: Staff are not friendly especially staff in the restaurant . They look us like we are not paying for the breakfast and meals buffae which is already included in the price

Positive: Beautiful stay. Great location. All three meals catered via buffet, with huge selection. Massage was great. Fun additional free spa esq treatments.

Negative: To have a basic body massage, you needed to get a doctor's note (onsite doctor) - which wasn't too painful, but still required extra effort.
