Positive: Central location, great staff, amazing breakfast, amazing room, all facilities are there with jacuzzi. We got a free upgrade. We were really happy with the stay.

Negative: Bathrooms could have doors. Also, there was some confusion regarding the heating.

Positive: Everything was exactly as promised. The room was fantastic and everything we wanted. Perfect 5 stars (5/5). And the staff we met have the brightest smiles to help us start our day. The facility and all the employees were amazing to us. The hotel is very popular with groups of tourists from Thailand and Korea. The convenient breakfast buffet (top floor) is very good, very good price, and gets very busy (full dining room!) because the high quality and delicious food. We highly recommend you eat the buffet because most restaurants in this neighborhood are not open for breakfast, but only for lunch, dinner, and late-night parties and drinking. Highly recommended! Positive: The staff first and foremost, fantastic. Rooms were as clean as they could be but with a few maintenance issues. Oh and the free ice cups. We had a few issues with the room and we were swapped to a different room which was lucky as the hotel was pretty booked out.

Negative: Ah, well the first room had some issues for sure, needs some maintenance as there had been a leak at some point and the signs of that were obvious. Staff swapped us though which was great. The next room was better but the signs of poor ventilation in the shower room were there. In honesty, I liked the place but maintenance has their work cut out for them if they wanna keep up the standard.

Positive: Rooms were mostly nice, including the amenities and space. Very well located, right in the middle of Haeundae and a few minutes walk to beach.

Negative: It could’ve been a bit cleaner—there was water damage and other things in the room that needed to be fixed/redone.

Positive: I loved that the hotel offered streaming services like Disney+ and Netflix — such a nice touch for relaxing after a long day! The location was perfect, close to trains and plenty of great food options. The free laundry service was a big plus, and the staff were absolutely the best!

Positive: Staff were so friendly, spoke good English. Breakfast was great. Excellent location. Close to metro. Close to food.

Negative: We had two of the same rooms, they were nothing alike. One smelt heavily of cigarettes. No amount of airing the room helped. The other room was great. They both had different size fridges.
