Positive: Clean simple room. Good breakfast. It was quiet at night.

Negative: The location is very bad. There are no good places to eat nearby, no massage parlors, and everything is very far away and inconvenient to get to. The worst thing is the reception staff! Absolutely rude and disrespectful communication. After 40 hours on the road, I couldn't check into my room for a long time and had to look for a currency exchange. They also demanded a deposit, which was not mentioned in the booking conditions. It's not clear why they charge it since the room has nothing but a bed, no technology, or expensive equipment. Moreover, I only made a reservation for two nights. I do not recommend this hotel and I definitely will not go back there again. I do not recommend it.

Positive: Good location and quiet rooms. Good value for the price paid. Suitable for a business trip (a night or two), not for holiday tho.

Negative: Absolutely uncomfortable pillows. It was impossible to sleep on them. In addition, I had to pay slightly different price from what was mentioned on the booking page. The hotel explained that they charge extra 5% if you pay by card..... However, this info wasn't mentioned on Booking.

Summary: Good location, horrible pillows.

Positive: I had prepared to make an early check-in, but when I got there, the receptionist downright said that I can't check-in early. However, the bellboy saw me struggling and helped me out. He asked for the email confirming the early check-in and explained to the receptionist. The rooms were clean. The bathroom door was jammed but then repaired it within 10 minutes of letting them know about it. The breakfast was good. The bellboy was helpful in handling complaints and showing me the way to the convenience store.

Negative: The receptionists could have been a bit more pleasant. They seemed to be occupied with other work which I completely understand, yet a smile as soon as you enter and ask them for guidance would put travelers at ease.

Summary: It was a great stay.
