Negative: Distance in travelling fees is alot specially using hotel transportation to places such as sheraton street the marina and airport cost around £20 one way which is alot.

Positive: We stayed at Jaz Makadi Star & Spa in July 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—staff were always available and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. Special thanks to the manager, Mani, who made booking an extra night easy and stress-free by handling it directly for us. The food was decent, and we especially enjoyed the cocktail dinner on Monday. Both the pool and rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The animation team—Jade, Ahmed, Bebo, and Big Mido—were super friendly and engaging without being pushy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

Positive: The staff were very good, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had some excellent food in the restaurant with very good variety. Everything was really clean too.

Negative: Beach area was a little bit small and the actual hotel doesn’t directly front onto the beach like a lot of the others and we would have preferred. The evening entertainment was also not really our thing and on a very small scale.
