Positive: My host was most welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very warm, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It was in a quiet residential area and was right beside the bus stop I needed. I could not have wished for anything more.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect in every way.

Summary: This was my first stay at Jayden’s Gem but know I will be back. Definitely 5 stars.

Positive: Charlene met us at the property and showed us around. This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. Very clean and comfortable. Huge bedrooms and very comfortable beds. would not hesitate to recommend.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Positive: This property was perfect for us. We were in town for a swim meet at Pan Am pool. It was 8-10 minutes from the pool so perfect proximity. The owner’s dad met us at the unit to let us in and show us around. He was very friendly and welcoming. Very personable. The unit itself it great. Two very large bedrooms upstairs with big, comfortable beds and a seating space in each room. The bathroom was also very big. With a large vanity, it was big enough for at least two (and sometimes three) of us to get ready at the same time. There’s also a half bathroom on the main level. Available washing machine and dryer was a must for us, and it was nice to have full size appliances, not little apartment sized ones. The kitchen is also great with small appliances (Tassimo coffee maker, regular coffee pot, toaster, kettle) all available. There’s a beautiful dining area as well as breakfast bar with two stools. And the living room area was cozy and comfortable. The finishing touches/decor was beautiful but not intimidating. The unit was very clean (and we are pretty picky with cleanliness). We had one little hiccup where the thermostat stopped working and the owner was very fast to get it fixed as soon as possible, including being very respectful of our time in and out of the unit. I couldn’t have been happier and we hope to stay here again if we ever end up in Winnipeg again. Thank you Charlene!

Positive: The staff one I called her. She was very welcoming and made me feel home before I go inside. She goes out of her way.

Negative: The fact of having two bed room. It is clean and organized. Very simple but unique.
