Located under the majestic Montgo mountain, this pleasant villa is appreciated by all those who have stayed there, it is ideal for a large family, two families or friends, but we also come here for 2 or 4! With the swimming pool, the pétanque track, the ping-pong table, the bar, the BBQ and the various 'canape' corners, it is so good that it is difficult to leave it!
The villa is located due south, in a peaceful residential area; without vis-à-vis, it has with a magnificent 180 degree view of the valley and the mountains of the Sierra Bernia, it has a very pleasant garden planted with 20 ares with fruit trees. The outdoor spaces are perfectly equipped for relaxation: Several covered outdoor terraces, magnificent swimming pool with outdoor shower, pétanque track, ping-pong table. On the swimming pool side, the 'naya' terrace has a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen (an oven (120cm), fridge and dishwasher, bar). There is also a barbecue area (gas).
The 350 m2 villa is on 2 floors. On the first floor, at street level, a living room and a dining room open onto a large 'naya' terrace allowing you to enjoy the exceptional view while being sheltered from the sun. The terrace has a modular dining area (8 or 12 guests) as well as a comfortable lounge. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped (American type fridge, dishwasher, micro-wave, expresso machine, cooking hobs, etc.) with granite counters, and has a breakfast area. On the same floor are a bedroom with 2 beds and a modern bathroom (with shower, and WC) as well as the parental suite composed of a bright bedroom (1m80 bed), a dressing room, and a modern and spacious bathroom. and a private terrace.
On the floor below, you can take advantage of two pleasant bedrooms (and 3 beds and 2 beds), a large bathroom (shower and bath and WC) with laundry area. On this floor there is also a large living room with a library and board games for relaxing during a nap or in the evening.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The villa is located a 5-minute drive from downtown Javea, 10 minutes from the port and the seaside, and 5 minutes from La Sella golf course. There are many other beaches (including the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal) and coves in the vicinity (Javea offers 25 km of coastline) as well as the possibility of doing many activities including nautical.

Summary: Amazing villa with the backdrop of the Montgo and wonderful views across the valley. Beautiful villa with good size pool. Plenty of seating areas around the villa and in the lush gardens that surround it. Peaceful and tranquil. Kitchens, including the one by the pool, extremely well kitted out and good size tables for dining (both inside and out). Easy access by car to nearby quality restaurants, Javea old town, harbour and beach.

Summary: Villa was fantastic, great for 2 families.formthe week. Tatiana was great to deal with and very helpful. Manu was great with communication and very helpful when needed. Facilities have everything you will need and more. The villa is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and the addition of table tennis and petanque is great fun for the family.

Summary: Six of us stayed at the villa towards the end of August. We always opt for villa holidays ilo hotels, for the freedom and space that a villa provides. Everyone in the party agreed, this villa was the best we have stayed in to date. The pool is amazing - lovely temperature and size. The outdoor kitchen area was an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great - nicely furnished and comfortable beds. The villa is really well equipped and truly is a home from home. Communications with Tatiana and Manu were great. We would recommend the villa to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Summary: The villa is spacious and extremely well furnished. It had everything we needed for the 8 of us. We could have brought 3 friends too. It’s a wonderful family home and you can see how much the owners love the villa. We feel privileged that the owners allowed us to stay in their home for 2 weeks. The rooms were large and spacious. The kitchens were fully equipped. We loved eating and cooking outside by the pool and using the gas BBQ. The views are stunning due to the location on the slopes of the mountain. Javea old town, port and Arenal are 10-20 minutes away by car and offered so much choice for eating and socialising as well as a wonderful relaxing beach. We had a brilliant stay and loved the villa. We hope to return one day. Thanks

Summary: We had two fantastic weeks in this very nice villa in Javea. We we were 6 adults and 4 kids and had sufficient space in and outside. Both kitchens are super equipped and the rooms are nicely furnished. The Pool is amazing and we spent hours with the kids at the pool area. The contact to the owner was super and in Javea Wendy provided every support needed.
