Positive: The accommodation is clean and comfortable; the kitchen is well equipped and there was a good supply of tea/coffee, water and soft drinks. The location is good for access to London, although there are a lot of steps down to Sydenham Hill Train Station. There is a lovely pub about a 10 minute walk away and just beyond that is a Tesco Extra.

Negative: Our fault entirely but we hadn't realised it was only one room (plus kitchen and shower room). Other than this slight disappointment we really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Neat and squeaky clean apartment in a residential neighbourhood. I could see it’s rather new , with kitchen hob and cupboards which look hardly used. There is even a Bosch coffee machine ( though not as user friendly as a Nespresso ) which I come to appreciate after staying a few apartments in the UK during this trip . Fully equipped kitchen , but there is no dining table . There is only a small speak and 1 chair. Perhaps that is why previous people don’t cook. Everything is clean and new .that’s a plus point.

Negative: If you’re to visit central London, it’s quite a distance away. Driving to central London from south of the Thames is crazy due to traffic. Better off taking the train to Victoria. Google map is accurate in directing you to the nearest train station about 4 min walk away. Next the beds are too soft, could not support the weight of adults , both sides could slope down if you sleep a bit closer to the edge. I’m not a very big person( 63 kg 1.62m tall) , I almost fell off the bed a few times and I figured out that 7or 8 inches from the edge is the safety zone. You need to sleep very close to your partner to prevent falling off .

Summary: If you have 2 or 3 big persons, pls find a bigger place , otherwise this is an efficiently equipped apartment for a smal

Positive: Our original accommodation was cancelled just one day before our trip, so we were very relieved and happy to find Jasmine Suite available, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. Check-in was smooth, with clear and easy instructions. It’s located in a charming neighborhood, just a 2–3 minute walk from the station, with trains to Victoria running every half an hour (the journey takes around 15 minutes). The apartment is very clean, newly refurbished, and has a modern design. You have the whole place to yourself, which makes the stay very comfortable and private. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The thoughtful welcome touches were much appreciated: coffee and tea, bottled water, Coke, biscuits, and even a glass of wine. Overall, Jasmine Suite was a great find, modern, comfortable, and very convenient for travelling into central London. I would happily stay here again.

Negative: The only thing that could be improved would be the dining area. There is a small balcony table and a desk in the room, but neither is ideal for having breakfast or other meals. I understand that space in the kitchen is limited, but it would make the stay even more comfortable if a dining table could be added.

Positive: The property was clean and modern. It’s practically right next to the train station and walking distance from Dulwich College. I would be happy staying here again.

Negative: It’s about 30 mins walk to restaurants. This was fine for us as we only needed to do this one night, but could be annoying for those staying for longer.
