Positive: We stayed here as a family of six and couldn’t have been happier. The property was exceptionally clean and felt like a new build. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the large open living space was bigger than I expected. The multiple floors made it easy for everyone to spread out at the end of the day and have their own space. Having two toilets was a real bonus — many homes and apartments in Japan only have one. The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to two train lines, with a 7-Eleven around the corner. There’s also plenty of nightlife and great restaurants only steps away. Highly recommended and we’d gladly stay again.

Negative: The only things that could make the stay even better would be the addition of an indoor clothes drying rack, as it’s not always practical to dry laundry on the roof, and providing English instructions for the appliances — such as the air-conditioning remotes and washing machine — which would be a great help for guests unfamiliar with Japanese controls.

Positive: The host was very accommodating to our needs and very responsive, beautiful and modern town house for large groups, location is central with easy access to subway and shopping district.

Negative: The washer dryer needs to be filtered, found my clothes more dirty after a wash and my whites turned grey. Not enough utensils and crockery for the specified per person stay and lastly there was a bit of pet hair on the stair carpet.

Summary: Cozy, beautifully designed townhouse and delightful host. Will definitely stay here again!

Positive: Very nice stay. Whole apartment is very clean. Colour theme is very soothing. It would even be better if the living room tv on the 2nd floor is a smart tv which can be connected to YouTube and Netflix. Location is good, close to train station.
